TVSetupPros offers professional TV mounting and configuration services. By booking a service, you agree to provide safe access to the installation area and confirm that you own or have permission to install the equipment in the designated location.

2. Service Agreement

Once you book a service, you are responsible for ensuring the installation area is clear and accessible for our technicians. Any obstructions or restrictions to the installation area should be communicated in advance to avoid delays during the service.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if the technician is unable to complete the job due to our fault (e.g., equipment malfunction, technical issue). No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or if the customer cancels within 12 hours of the scheduled service time. We encourage you to reschedule in such cases.

4. Limitation of Liability

TVSetupPros is not liable for any damage to property or equipment that may occur during the installation process, unless caused directly by the technician's negligence. Our liability is limited to the services provided at the time of installation.
